Refund Policy

You can also cancel at any time without asking anyone. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the designer stays free afterwards.

Reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or use the Contact link at the foot of this page. Either reaches us. Say which address the account is on; that is all we need.

Refunds are returned to the card or account you paid with. Paddle processes them, and their timing is the bank’s — usually a few business days, occasionally up to ten.

Beyond those periods we do not refund a term that has already run, and we do not part-refund the remainder of a month or a year — cancel and you keep what you paid for until it ends.

Two exceptions, and we would rather you held us to them than went quiet:

• We broke something. If a fault in the software made the product unusable for a stretch, tell us and we will make it right — a refund, a credit, or whatever is actually fair.
• You were charged by mistake. A renewal you meant to cancel, a duplicate payment, a plan you did not choose: refunded in full, whenever you notice.

The documents this software produces are calculated from the design you drew and the settings you entered, and the Terms of Service ask you to check them before cutting or ordering. A refund returns what you paid us for the software. It is not compensation for material, labour or a job priced from a figure that was not verified — see clauses 3 and 10 of the Terms.

Ahmet Unal, carrying on business as ClosetRight sells through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles the card, the invoice and any sales tax or VAT, which is why the charge on your statement and the receipt in your inbox both come from them. Refunds go back the same way. Their own buyer terms apply alongside this policy and do not reduce anything promised here.

There is nothing to refund on it. Designing, and exporting your work to a file, cost nothing and are not time-limited — no card is asked for and none is kept.
