Before you buy
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the receipt Paddle emails you. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and the designer stays free after that. Your work does not disappear because a subscription ended.
- What if it is not right for my shop?
- Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, 30 days on a yearly plan, no questions asked. The refund policy has the detail.
- Who takes the payment?
- Paddle, as our reseller of record. They handle the card, the invoice and any sales tax or VAT, so the receipt comes from them and so does the billing portal.
- Is there a contract or a minimum term?
- No. Monthly is month to month. A yearly plan is paid up front for twelve months at two months off, and renews only if you leave it running.
- My work is seasonal. Can I pause?
- Yes. Ask us and we will pause the plan instead of billing through a quiet month, and start it again when you are back. Your saved jobs are still there when it restarts. It is not a button yet; it is an email that gets answered.
- How do the three Studio seats work?
- Each designer signs in with their own email and keeps their own job list. When you subscribe, send us the other addresses and we put them on the plan the same day. One job list shared across the three sign-ins is not built yet, and neither are more than three seats; tell us if that is what your shop needs.
