Before you buy
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the receipt Paddle emails you. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and the designer stays free after that — your work does not disappear because a subscription ended.
- What if it is not right for my shop?
- Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, 30 days on a yearly plan, no questions asked. The refund policy has the detail.
- Who takes the payment?
- Paddle, as our reseller of record. They handle the card, the invoice and any sales tax or VAT, so the receipt comes from them and so does the billing portal.
- Is there a contract or a minimum term?
- No. Monthly is month to month. A yearly plan is paid up front for twelve months at two months off, and renews only if you leave it running.
- I need seats for a team.
- Not yet, honestly. Shared job lists and multiple designers on one account are not built, so we are not selling them. Tell us what you need and we will say when it is real.
